Complaints policy

Los documentos legales están en inglés y eslovaco. Si difieren, prevalece la versión eslovaca.

1. Scope

This policy covers your rights when the digital service VorGym, provided by [obchodné meno, adresa, IČO], is defective. It doesn't limit your rights under the Slovak Civil Code and consumer protection law.

2. What a defect is

For example: the service doesn't work, you can't sign in, your plan or data doesn't show, you don't get access you paid for, or the service lacks features described when you ordered. Not reaching an expected result (e.g. weight loss), the usual inaccuracy of an automatic photo estimate, or a problem with your own internet or device are not defects.

3. How to complain

E-mail info@vorgym.com, use Contact us in the app's Profile, or write to [address]. Give the e-mail of your account, what doesn't work, since when and on which device. A screenshot helps.

4. Confirmation and deadline

We confirm receipt by e-mail without undue delay, and decide and resolve the complaint without undue delay and within 30 days of receiving it at the latest. We tell you the result by e-mail.

5. How we resolve it

• we fix the defect (repair or restore your access),
• if it can't be fixed, or we don't fix it within a reasonable time, we give a fair discount or refund the price for the period the service didn't work,
• for a serious defect you can end the contract and we refund the unused period,
• we reject the complaint if there is no defect and explain why.

Refunds are made within 14 days using the same payment method.

6. Disputes

If you're not satisfied, you can turn to the Slovak Trade Inspection, inspectorate for [region of the registered office] (www.soi.sk), or start alternative dispute resolution as described in the terms.
