Terms of Service

Die rechtlichen Dokumente gibt es auf Englisch und Slowakisch. Bei Abweichungen gilt die slowakische Fassung.

1. Operator

VorGym is operated by Limontera d.o.o., registered office Franicev prilaz 10, 23206 Sukošan, Hrvatska, personal identification number (OIB) 99717839736, VAT ID HR99717839736, entered in the court register of Trgovački sud u Zadru, MBS 081600551, share capital EUR 2,500, paid in full, director Andrea Handzoková (the "operator"). Contact: info@vorgym.com. Supervisory authority: Državni inspektorat Republike Hrvatske, www.dirh.gov.hr.

2. The service

VorGym is a digital service available in the web browser and as an app on your phone's home screen. From your details it creates workout plans, meal plans and shopping lists, lets you track your progress and sends reminders. It may also estimate the nutrition of a meal from a photo; this is an automatic estimate and can be inaccurate.

3. Account

The service is for people over 18. You give true information when you sign up and keep your login safe. You can delete your account at any time in Profile or by e-mailing info@vorgym.com.

4. Free days, subscription and prices

  • Free days. A new account gets its first days free (currently 2 days) without entering a card. Nothing is charged when they end; you keep using the service only if you order a subscription.
  • Prices. Current prices including VAT are always shown on vorgym.com and before payment. On the effective date of these terms: monthly €3.90, yearly €29.90 (when offered) and Duo for 2 people €5.90 a month (when offered).
  • Renewal. The subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length and is charged at its start until you cancel.
  • Cancelling. Cancel any time in Profile (Cancel subscription, or Payment card & invoices). You keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Price changes. We'll e-mail you at least 30 days before a price change; you can cancel before it takes effect.
  • Discounts and pausing. When you cancel we may offer a discount or a pause. Its terms are shown before you accept it.
  • Refer a friend. If a friend signs up through your link and pays their first subscription, you both get the reward shown in the app (currently 30 days free; for paying subscribers as a credit on the next payment). Rewards are limited to 12 friends; we may withdraw them in case of abuse (e.g. fake accounts).
  • Duo. The owner of a Duo subscription can invite one more person, who has access while the Duo subscription runs.

5. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). The operator never sees or stores your card details. Stripe e-mails you a receipt and your invoices are in Profile.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the subscription contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding it. Send a clear statement by e-mail to info@vorgym.com or by post to the operator's address; you may use the model form. Before paying you expressly ask us to start the service before this period ends; if you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the time the service was available to you. We refund the rest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method.

7. Complaints

Your rights for defects and how to make a complaint are set out in the complaints policy.

8. Alternative dispute resolution

If you're not satisfied with how we handled a complaint or believe we breached your rights, ask us to put it right at info@vorgym.com. If we refuse or don't reply within 30 days, you can submit the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. The list of ADR bodies in Croatia is kept by the Croatian Ministry of Economy. For a cross-border dispute, the European Consumer Centre in your country helps free of charge.

9. Liability

Plans and estimates are for information and don't guarantee a particular result. Use of the service is subject to the health notice. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for outages caused by third parties or for harm resulting from ignoring the health notice. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, animations and software belong to the operator or its licensors. You may use the content for your own personal use only.

11. Final provisions

The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, in particular the Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača). If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of that country's law. These terms are the contract; we keep them and send them to you on request. The Slovak version prevails if versions differ. We'll tell you about changes by e-mail in advance. These terms are effective from 4. 11. 2026.
